Tony presents some of your favorite soup and sandwiches with inspiring flavors. Tonight you will cozy up to Squash Soup with a Butternut Jam & Pepito Butter Sandwich, Thai Chicken & Coconut Soup with a crusty and light Vegetable Bahn Mi, and Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich paired with a hearty Beer Cheese Soup topped with Popcorn Pesto.

Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat. Classes tend to fill quickly, that being said we often have cancellations. If the class you are interested in is full we’ll be happy to add your name to a waiting list. Please, if you find you are unable to keep your reservation, notify us three days in advance in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. A 10% discount, food samples, and recipes will be provided at most classes.

Tony is a local chef whose career has included stints at Lake Ave Restaurant & Bar, Nokomis, Zeitgeist Arts Cafe, Duluth Grill, and the Dakota Jazz Club. He is currently Manager of Culinary Operations at Amazing Grace.
