Arlene shows you some of her favorite Italian dishes where meat will not be missed one bit. Look at the classics in a new way, learn about “bridge ingredients” to a plant-based lifestyle, and taste the beautiful flavors of Roasted Mediterranean Olives, Wild Mushroom Farro Risotto, One Pot Pasta Dinner with Italian Sunday Red Sauce and a vegan Torta di Mele (Italian Apple Cake).

Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat. Classes tend to fill quickly, that being said we often have cancellations. If the class you are interested in is full we’ll be happy to add your name to a waiting list. Please, if you find you are unable to keep your reservation, notify us three days in advance in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. A 10% discount, food samples, and recipes will be provided at most classes.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Arlene is a longtime Duluth chef and culinary instructor. She’s also the author of several cookbooks.
